Are there Meetings?
Yes, in January, the KVS and UK offer a Wine and Grape Short course and have their annual meeting as part of the KY Horticultural Meetings. We gather at a member’s vineyard for a spring pruning demonstration and the Summer Meeting is usually at a member’s vineyard. Our Fall Meeting includes an Amateur Wine Competition and is held either at a vineyard or a KY distillery.
Are the meetings expensive to Attend?
The Wine and Grape Short Course has a nominal registration fee. The Spring, Summer and Fall Meetings have only a charge to cover the cost of a meal.
Is There a Newsletter ?
The KVS publishes four quarterly newsletters online at kyvineyardsociety.org.
These will be emailed to members. Members wishing to receive mailed copies of the newsletter please send an additional $10 with their annual dues. The newsletter contains articles of interest, education, news of growers and wineries around Kentucky

The Kentucky Vineyard Society is proud of its member’s willingness to share information and expertise. The Kentucky Vineyard Society holds an Annual Wine Judging.
